MULTIMIX is a new zones distribution substation for medium power heating plants. The system has the version with reduced dimensions of VARIMIX, compared to which it adds a series of innovations making it extremely innovative on technical view.
The system peculiar features are:
Modularity: MULTIMIX has 4 basic modules which, by coupling them, it is possible to answer the most varied plant requirements. They are: the manifold with 2 or 3 connections interceptable hydraulic separator, the high temperature distribution module and the mixing module for low temperature distribution.
Furthermore, the manifold also enables the modular connection with other manifolds, widening the number of zones that can be serviced by the thermal station.
Compactness: MULTIMIX distinguishes itself by being a reduced dimension thermal station, enabling installation in 100mm deep fitted boxes (in case of three speed pump UPSO 25-55), width 550 mm and height 820 mm (dimensions of 3 modules standard kit)
The insulation shell only version is also available for direct and comfortable assembly under boiler.
Flexibility and versatility: MULTIMIX is able to answer multiple plant requirements thanks to the possibility of combining different modules between them. Furthermore, the main manifold offers huge advantages as it can be powered from right, from left, from above or from below and having distribution either upwards or downwards. The modularity of the manifolds enables widening the number of zones and having simultaneous distribution to utilities upwards and downwards.
Reduction in installation times: MULTIMIX can be supplied in pre-configured solutions in box or inside its own insulation shell. This hugely facilitates the work of the installer who only needs to perform hydraulic connections to the boiler and the distribution lines.
