Plastic-Multi-Press

In addition to the line of brass Multi·Press fittings, IVAR offers a range of fittings in high-performance PPSU thermoplastic
fittings. The material chosen provides significant guarantees in terms of mechanical and thermal resistance and prevents all corrosion, fouling and water pollution problems.
The plastic press fitting is characterised by a wide range of non-threaded fittings (T, elbow and straight) in sizes 16/2 – 20/2 – 25/2.5 – 26/3 – 32/3 and has the same features as the brass fittings:

• may be used interchangeably with 5 types of clamps: B, F, H, TH, U
• developed, tested and guaranteed for use with multi-layer pipes, but it may also be used with PE-Xa pipes
• may be used in heating and sanitary systems
• EPDM peroxide o-rings, approved for alimentary use, that allow for the application of fittings with drinking water.
