The INDUSTRY system enables the laying of floor plants with slabs subject to high stresses, classical case of the industrial buildings. The solution is characterised by the flexibility, it is possible to choose among 4 different laying methods, all able to guarantee a high quality standard. The system is complete of all elements and gives the possibility of using Ø20 or Ø25 pipes, enabling easy connection thanks to appropriate fittings. With particularly high capacities, we recommend an input at distribution manifolds in central position; this allows the reduction of dimensions of the manifolds to be laid (for example, it is no longer necessary to use 2” or 2”1/2 manifolds but 1”1/2 manifolds) which facilitates the laying of the same with significant cost savings.

Anchoring system of pipe Ø20 to bottom with minimum step 100mm. Supplied in 1m bars with or without double-sided tape for anchoring to bottom.
Anchoring system of pipe Ø25 to bottom with minimum step 100mm. Supplied in 1m bars with or without double-sided tape for anchoring to bottom.
Polyamide clip for locking of the Ø20 and Ø 25 pipe to the electro welded net with 26mm wire. Anti-rotation hook.
Polyamide pipe fastener for locking of the up to Ø 25 pipe to the electro-welded net with 4-8mm wire. Anti-rotation hook.
Anchoring system of the electro-welded twin net, assuring the lifting of the same from the bottom (3 cm) and the distance between the two nets of 6 cm.
